The Office Bar Is Bringing the Auburn Game Day Experience to Midtown Atlanta
Themed menu, curated drink selections and branded giveaway planned for Auburn v. Texas A&M on Saturday, September 23
WHAT: On Saturday, September 23, The Office Bar will host a game day watch party for the Auburn v. Texas A&M game. The Office Bar will offer an Auburn-dedicated menu, drink specials and giveaways to create a “War Eagle environment” for the burnt orange and navy blue faithful during the full hours of operation on September 23, and will play the game on the bar’s 86” LED TVs at 12 p.m.
The Office Bar, located in the lobby of the Google-anchored 1105 West Peachtree office building, is managed by Epicurean Atlanta, the hotel in the tri-tower mixed-use community. The culinary team at The Office Bar has introduced a new menu for game day Saturdays, with Auburn-themed selections including Alabama White BBQ Wings (buttermilk dressing, chipotle aioli, celery & carrot salad) inspired by Moe’s BBQ, the Skydog (Nathans Famous, brisket chili, Doritos crumbled, jalapeno crema, cheddar cheese) inspired by SkyBar and a Crab Salad & Avocado Sandwich (arugula, red cabbage, apple, cucumber, celery, chipotle aioli, brioche) inspired by Amsterdam Café. Curated cocktail selections will include the Hound Dog Margarita (Hornitos Plata Tequila, Pierre Ferrand Orange Curacao, agave, lime juice, garnished with fresh lime & mint) inspired by The Hound and a Grapefruit Martini (Grey Goose Vodka, Campari, Giffard Pamplemousse, grapefruit juice, garnished with grapefruit brûlée & rosemary) inspired by Avondale Bar and Taproom.
The Office Bar is offering this special menu during all Auburn game days this season, and a portion of the proceeds from Auburn alumni’s receipts will go to the Atlanta Auburn Club to support scholarships for local students interested in attending the university. Auburn alumni and current students can show their current or old student ID to receive a complimentary cup branded with The Office Bar’s logo in navy and burnt orange. In addition to Auburn football games, The Office Bar will also play additional sporting events and games on the TVs on Saturdays.
The Office Bar is open 11 a.m. to 11 p.m. on Saturdays, and will offer the special Auburn menu during the entire duration of the Saturdays in which Auburn is playing. There is no entry fee to attend, and the watch party is open to all ages.
