Meet the New General Manager of Epicurean Atlanta: Alex Amato

With almost 20 years of experience, Amato brings exceptional leadership to the Epicurean brand

ATLANTA, Ga. (March 8, 2022) – Alex Amato has officially joined the Epicurean Atlanta team as their new general manager. With an extensive range of fine dining and hospitality experience, Amato brings a new level of precision and excellence to the culinary-focused hotel.


In his new role, Amato will oversee all aspects of operations of the hotel, from day-to-day staff management to guest and client relations, utilizing his prior experience to foster synergy across all departments. He is a passionate team leader and consistently inspires his teammates to deliver the highest quality of service to leave guests with an unforgettable experience.

Most recently, Amato served as the food & beverage director at Loews Atlanta Hotel for four years and managed a multimillion-dollar budget. Prior, he worked with Loews Philadelphia Hotel for five years, working his way up from the general manager of Bank & Bourbon to the food & beverage director.
