Epicurean Atlanta and Trilith Guesthouse Announce Knob Creek® Bourbon Partnership with Ticketed Dinners and Signature Tableside Experiences

ATLANTA (March 9, 2026) – Epicurean Atlanta in Midtown and Trilith Guesthouse have announced a new spring partnership with Knob Creek, introducing a limited-time bourbon experience featuring specialty cocktails, tableside bourbon presentations, and two exclusive ticketed bourbon pairing dinners at each property. The collaboration invites guests to explore bold, small-batch bourbon through thoughtfully curated food and beverage programming designed to highlight both craftsmanship and flavor. In preparation for the spring launch, the culinary and beverage teams traveled to the Knob Creek distillery to personally select an exclusive single barrel. That selection now serves as the foundation for the featured cocktails and pairing dinners offered at both hotels.

“This partnership is about giving guests something memorable while pairing it with our single barrel select,” said Charles Albanos, Vice President at Mainsail Lodging & Development. “Knob Creek has a depth and character that pair beautifully with what our teams do in the kitchen and behind the bar. These dinners and tableside moments are designed to be fun, flavorful, and worth planning an evening around.”
