Aerial Kitchen & Bar Returns to Midtown Rooftop with Cinco de Mayo Kickoff and Chef-Led Tasting Experience

WHAT:
After its seasonal hiatus, Aerial Kitchen & Bar returns this May, bringing its Latin-inspired menu, skyline views, and high-energy rooftop atmosphere back to Midtown. The return is anchored by a Cinco de Mayo celebration, followed by a chef-driven tasting event inside the Epicurean Theatre.
• Cinco in the Sky at Aerial Kitchen & Bar (May 5, 12–9 p.m.)
Aerial Kitchen & Bar kicks off the season with an all-day rooftop event featuring live music (4:30–8:30 p.m.), specialty food stations starring tacos, street corn, churros, and aqua fresca, and access to the Sky Terrace. Guests can expect a preview of the Latin-fusion summer menu alongside craft cocktails and other items for purchase. Poolside cabanas will be available for reservation. Admission is free. • Taste of Aerial Kitchen & Bar (May 7, 7–9 p.m.)
For one night only, Aerial Kitchen & Bar will take its Latin-fusion menu inside to the Epicurean Theatre for a one-of-a-kind tasting event. Director of Food & Beverage Henry Tapia and Beverage Manager Brian White will guide a five-course tasting menu paired with craft cocktails and premium tequilas. Tickets are $75 per person and available online.
• Summer Season Preview
During opening week, Aerial Kitchen & Bar will be open May 5-10 then operate weekends throughout May before transitioning to daily service in June. Guests can elevate their experience by reserving a private poolside cabana through ResortPass. The hotel’s Sky Terrace will also host the return of “Sweat & Sip in the Sky Powered by Lululemon,” a complimentary fitness series starting in June.
