Mainsail Lodging & Development and Sub-Zero Launch “Liberty & Legacy” Dinner Series Honoring 250 Years of American Service
Multi-city culinary collaboration to celebrate service and expand career opportunities for veterans and military spouses ahead of America’s 250th anniversary
TAMPA, Fla. (April 2, 2026) – Mainsail Lodging & Development, Sub-Zero Group Southeast and Sub-Zero Group Florida today announced the launch of Liberty & Legacy: An All-American Dinner Series, a four-city culinary collaboration honoring 250 years of American service while expanding career opportunities for veterans and military spouses. Each event will bring together chefs, nonprofit partners, veteran-owned producers, and community leaders for dining experiences rooted in craftsmanship, gratitude, and opportunity. The series will be hosted at four Mainsail properties: Epicurean Hotel, Tampa, Florida (May 23); Luminary Hotel & Co., Fort Myers, Florida (May 30); Epicurean Atlanta, Georgia (June 6); and Trilith Guesthouse, Fayetteville, Georgia (June 13). The ticketed dinners will be open to the public, with tickets priced at $250 per person and proceeds benefiting Hire Heroes USA.
Each event will feature a multi-course menu created by the host hotel’s executive chef alongside Sub-Zero, Wolf, and Cove corporate chefs, highlighting regional flavors and the shared values of precision, teamwork, and discipline that define both the culinary and military professions. The dinners will take place in the property’s culinary theater, equipped with Sub-Zero, Wolf, and Cove appliances, with additional support from industry partners including US Foods, Gallo Winery, and Shun Cutlery. Each guest will also receive a Kai Personal Folding Steak Knife as a keepsake from the evening.
Proceeds from the series will benefit Hire Heroes USA, a national nonprofit organization that empowers U.S. service members, veterans, and military spouses to succeed in the civilian workforce through individualized coaching, professionally written resumes, mentoring, workshops, a job board, and career fairs provided at no cost.

Each ticketed dinner is expected to host 40 to 60 guests and will incorporate storytelling moments that spotlight veteran journeys and workforce transition success stories.
