ATLANTA (January 25, 2023) ---- During this chef demonstration & tasting dinner event brought to you by Taste of Atlanta, we invite you to think outside the pastry counter when it comes to chocolate & discover this versatile and complex ingredient can be so much more than just dessert! Take your chocoholic status to the next level & learn how to incorporate cocoa into both sweet and savory dishes. Popular Atlanta chefs will provide delicious chocolate-infused courses that will each be paired with adult beverages by Diageo. During this interactive 3-course cooking demonstration, you’ll develop a new appreciation for all things chocolate and be inspired to try it in new and inventive dishes. “For the Love of Chocolate” will be held at the Epicurean Atlanta Hotel in the Culinary Theater.
