Join us in the Epicurean Theatre for a night in Seville during this 5-course wine dinner with Spanish fare curated by Executive Chef, Henry Tapia, and wine pairings by Resident Beverage Expert, Brian White!

Embark on a tantalizing journey for the senses during a series of 5 strategic food and wine pairings that highlight the Spanish province of Seville. Chef Henry’s dishes will showcase signature Spanish tapas, while Brian provides insight about the grape varietals. Tickets are $75 per person – each ticket includes a 5-course dinner paired, an educational lineup of 5 wines, an evening of Spanish exploration led by Brian White during this guided wine dinner, and complimentary valet parking validation.

ABOUT THE TALENT

Chef Henry Tapia, Executive Chef at Epicurean Atlanta – Chef Tapia, who oversees all culinary operations for Epicurean Atlanta, brings over 10 years of experience working in the finest hotel kitchens on both the East and West Coast. Prior to that, he spent a decade in the central region of Mexico, specifically Puebla, where he worked at his mother’s restaurant and cultivated a passion for cooking from the heart with locally sourced, seasonal ingredients – this same passion influenced his approach to Epicurean Atlanta’s culinary excellence.

Brian White, Beverage Manager, Epicurean Atlanta – Atlanta native and three-time sommelier award winner, Brian White brings 25 years of sommelier and hospitality expertise to Epicurean Atlanta as beverage manager for all three dining outlets at Epicurean Atlanta: Reverence, The Office Bar and Aerial Kitchen & Bar. White became a certified sommelier through The Court of the Master Sommelier, serving as the Ritz-Carlton Atlanta Hotel sommelier for 10 years. He has since earned many high acknowledgments including Best Sommelier in Atlanta from Taste of Atlanta, Sommelier of the Year from Wines of Portugal in 2018, and sommelier chair at the Give Me Five Charity Dinner for No Kid Hungry.
