This interactive evening combines a chef-led culinary demonstration with recipes that highlight Cultivamos’ premium olive oil as a key ingredient, along with a guided wine presentation, transporting you to Portugal through the stories behind every bite and sip.
Tickets are $65 per person – each ticket includes a 3-course dinner with amuse-bouche, an educational lineup of 5 wines, and an evening of exploration led by David Kemmerer and Chef Henry Tapia during this culinary demonstration & guided tasting presentation.

ABOUT THE HOSTS
David Kemmerer, Cultivamos – David has been a wine professional in Atlanta for 21 years. The last 13 of which he has focused on importing wines from the Iberian Peninsula. David has traveled extensively, for work and pleasure, in Portugal over the last decade to dig deeper into the story of all Portugal has to offer. He will lead a wine tasting, sprinkled with some olive oil, and teach about the History, Geography, Climate, and Geology of Portugal; and how all these work together to impact the flavors you will taste.
Chef Henry Tapia, Director of F&B at Epicurean Atlanta – Chef Tapia, who oversees all culinary operations for Epicurean Atlanta, brings over 10 years of experience working in the finest hotel kitchens on both the East and West Coast. Prior to that, he spent a decade in the central region of Mexico, specifically Puebla, where he worked at his mother’s restaurant and cultivated a passion for cooking from the heart with locally sourced, seasonal ingredients – this same passion influenced his approach to Epicurean Atlanta’s culinary excellence.
