At Epicurean Atlanta, the kitchen is where creativity, craft, and conversation come together. Join us in the Epicurean Theatre for an evening celebrating 250 years of American service through food, wine, and shared tradition. As part of the Liberty & Legacy dinner series in partnership with Sub-Zero Group, the experience also supports Hire Heroes USA, a national nonprofit that helps veterans and military spouses transition into meaningful civilian careers.

Executive Chef Henry Tapia will lead the evening alongside Sub-Zero corporate chefs, presenting a multi-course tasting experience inspired by the evolution of the American table. The menu reflects the same values of discipline, precision, and teamwork shared by both the military and professional kitchens.

Each course will be prepared just steps from your seat in the Epicurean Theatre, where guests can watch the techniques unfold, smell the aromas build, and experience the craft behind every dish. The evening begins with a Spiced Old Fashioned before moving through a menu that explores American flavors in bold and unexpected ways. 

 

Parting Gift 

Each guest will receive a Kai Personal Folding Steak Knife to take home. Beautifully crafted and designed for both form and function, this folding knife features a razor-sharp 16° edge that cuts cleanly, helping preserve the natural juices and flavor of each bite. Liberty & Legacy: An All-American Dinner Series is a four-city culinary collaboration between Mainsail Lodging & Development and Sub-Zero Group celebrating 250 years of American service.
