Chef AJ will demonstrate the versatility of French Choux Pastry, the delicious classic flavor combination in AJ’s favorite childhood treat: Magic Peanut Butter Middles, and classic pie dough with an irresistible pumpkin mousse filling. As Chef AJ demonstrates how to prepare each of these recipes, you’ll get the opportunity to taste them all! This is a one-of-a-kind, delicious, festive event you won’t want to miss!
Tickets are $50 per person – each ticket includes three wine pairings, a trio of desserts crafted by Chef AJ, and a behind the scenes look into the culinary artistry that goes into creating these sweet treats!

Magic Peanut Butter Middles
Delicious chocolate cookies with a surprise peanut butter center. These easy-to-make chocolate cookies are made up of a basic chocolate cookie dough, and the center only needs peanut butter and powdered sugar! These irresistible cookies are a classic pairing of chocolate and peanut butter.

Pumpkin Mousse Pie
A creamy, rich and smooth pumpkin mousse thickened with whipped cream on a classic pastry pie crust. The flakey, buttery pie crust is a perfect pairing with the sweet, spiced pumpkin mousse.

ABOUT THE CHEF
AJ DeDiego is an Atlanta-based pastry chef with more than 7 years of experience. Starting with a YouTube channel demonstrating fun recipes to make at home in 2016, AJ has grown his baking presence in Atlanta throughout several different ventures: a booming social media presence focusing on recipe videos, teaching cake decorating classes at Cooks Warehouse, a variety of bakery experience with a current position as Pastry Chef at Atlanta’s JenChans, private one-on-one baking lessons, a multi-year partnership providing recipes and food videos for The Fresh Market, as well as numerous other national brands, and more. AJ’s passion for food has kept him going over the years, and the joy his food can bring other people makes it all worth it!
