Join Chef Pat Pascarella in the Epicurean Theatre as he walks us through the art of making traditional Italian Gnocchi during a 3-course Italian wine dinner! In this interactive class, you’ll learn the methods behind kneading the dough, tips to perfecting the ridges, and how to pair with other ingredients for a completed dish! In addition to the 3 courses Gnocchi, guests will enjoy 4 wine tastings expertly paired and presented by Kelly Cornett of A Cork in the Road.

ABOUT THE HOSTS

Chef Pat Pascarella, The Porchetta Group – Born to an Italian immigrant family, Executive Chef Pat Pascarella has a love for authentic Neopolitan cuisine that runs as deeply as his roots. He grew up savoring the traditional Italian cooking of his mother and grandmother, and it wasn’t long before he found himself training under James Beard Award-winning chefs and helming his own kitchens throughout Connecticut, New York, and Atlanta, Georgia. Chef Pat Pascarella’s Italian-focused restaurant group features beloved Italian staples including The White Bull, Grana, Bastone, and Alici. The Porchetta Group aims to provide guests with a completely authentic and genuine dining experience from beginning to end that ensures quality is the precedent. Kelly Cornett, A Cork in the Road – Kelly Cornett of A Cork in the Road is a wine events and media consultant based in Atlanta with 10+ years of experience working in a wide range of roles in the wine industry from production to education. She used to manage a winery in the Shenandoah Valley of Virginia, but now she serves as Atlanta’s local wine concierge by designing pairings for wine dinners, teaching classes, and hosting tasting experiences – both in-person and virtually. She also hosts the “A Cork in the Road” Podcast that highlights people who are shaping the Southeast wine industry.
